New regulatory compliance resource for AAOMS members

AAOMS continues to monitor health policy trends and regulatory compliance issues that may affect AAOMS members, frequently posting announcements of such key regulations on the AAOMS Web site, in the AAOMS Today and Advocacy E-Newsletter. There have been several federal regulations recently introduced with which most providers, including OMSs, must  comply over the next few years. The compliance dates for each of these regulations are relatively close to one another. To assist members in developing their compliance plans, a compliance Web page has been developed to provide a quick glance at each regulation, as well as a summary and projected timeline for implementation and compliance. For additional information, links to AAOMS resources and links to outside governmental agencies are provided.
